The bedroom is the place in the house that we use to relax and sleep. During the day should be nice and bright, and the dark and silent night. The 5 Keys we proposed design for a comfortable bedroom design are: 1) choose the right bed, 2) provide the right temperature dorm, 3) have good ventilation, 4) isolate the noise, 5) have a good lighting .
1. Choosing the right bed
The basic element of the bedroom is the bed. Choosing the right bed is the first step in designing a comfortable bedroom. Poor sleep can cause back pain and neck problems, affects our mood and affects our energy during the day. If you have back problems or hip, it’s best to consult your doctor for advice on buying the right mattress and pillow. The bed is composed of the base and the mattress. They can be purchased together or separately. The base of the bed should be firm and rigid to give good support to the mattress. The mattress should fit the needs of the body. Please note that the mattress is essential to determine the comfort of our rest. The mattress should feel neither too hard nor too soft. While purchasing bed required that allow the mattress to see how it feels. Take time to choose the right mattress. Ask what are the characteristics of the mattress, what material is made, which is the estimated useful lives and how long is the warranty.
The pillow and bedding are also important for a good rest. The pillow should be comfortable. Experts advise using a pillow and preferably low back sleeping (sleeping facedown always may predispose cervical problems). A pillow of a moderate density and about 10 cm high may be adequate. Do not get used to a pillow as is comfortable. Evaluate different heights and densities before carrying out the purchase. Note that if the bed is two squares must be individual pillows.
The bedding should be soft. The smoothness and quality of the fabric depends on the number of wires and the composition of the fabric. A greater number of threads and greater amount of cotton in the fabric composition, the higher the quality and smoothness of the fabric.
Two. Provide the right temperature dorm
Room temperature directly influences the quality of sleep. It must provide the room the right temperature for each season. During the design of the bedroom take time to decide which system will use to heat the room in winter and cool it in summer. The heating system used must be safe not pollute the environment and function without decreasing the amount of oxygen in the air.
Three. Having good ventilation
Ventilation is another factor to consider. In all rooms you need a window to the outside, easily accessible and allows easily open the window a while each day. Natural air flowing through the bedroom helps keep the air clean and fresh.
April. Isolate the noise
In the bedroom is essential soundproofing. The fabrics, cushions, curtains, bedding and carpet help sound to silent space and making it more enjoyable. In bedrooms with too much noise from outside, you can opt for double glazing on the windows or walls entelar do. The thick curtain help isolate outside noise.
May. Having good lighting
The bedroom lighting design is an element to be selected carefully. Every bedroom needs nightstands next to the bed to read and get up at night. These must point and properly illuminate without dazzling book. The center of the bedroom light must illuminate the room well if required to do some activity, but it should do so aggressively as it might disturb directly into the eyes of whoever is lying in bed, resting or asleep. Preferably choose lamps that emit indirect or diffuse light.
