In today’s article, we would like to introduce you the modular ÖÖD prefabricated building with mirror facade. The impressive house was designed by Brick & Wonder and can be assembled within eight hours. The elegant, small mirrored glass house was designed and manufactured in Estonia and covers an area of 18 m². The ÖÖD projects emphasise functionality and comfort because the modular houses are placed in different places for short stays. Originally, the modular prefabricated building with mirror facade was specially designed for holiday homes and hotel use. Due to its small footprint, the Fertighaus can be assembled without any building permit anywhere in Estonia. The tiny, mobile home can accommodate two to three people and fits seamlessly into the surroundings.
At first sight, the fascinating mirror façade is evident. The mirror on the three sides of the house reflects the surrounding landscape so that the house merges with nature. The house is on the back of the building, which is clad in wood. The individual space in this prefabricated building with mirror façade has been cleverly organised and decorated in order to emphasise and separate the individual areas. The studio has a custom-made bed, kitchenette, living area and bathroom. The large and comfortable bed promises a relaxing overnight stay. Below the bed wooden frame is a pull-out bed, which provides an additional sleeping place.
At the end of the hall are a modern chair and a black and white floor lamp, which transforms the place into a nice relax and reading corner. The large window front offers an unrestricted, fantastically beautiful view. A separating wall made of milk glass separates the bathroom from the living area, without restricting the light supply inside. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, small sink and toilet. The house is equipped with modern, automated technology and has adjustable floor heating, cooling and LED lighting. On the wooden porch outside is a built-in jacuzzi from which you can view and enjoy the breathtaking surroundings.
