In the nacho salad, tortilla chips provide the attractive look and make the salad nicely crunchy and nutritious. The basic concept of tasty salad includes the following ingredients for around eight servings:

  • 500 g of mixed minced meat
  • 2 onions
  • 1 Iceberg Salad
  • 2 cans of kidney beans
  • 2 canned corn
  • 250 g of grated cheese (Gauda or Cheddar)
  • 1 cup of Cream Fraiche or Schmand
  • 1 bottle of salsa sauce or 350 ml of homemade salsa sauce
  • 1 bag of Nacho chips


Cut the onions and fry them with the mince in a pan. After cooling the chopped, fill it in a large salad bowl. Then, each layer a can of maize and kidney beans.
